A country boy at heart, Peter Watts shares his fascination with nature in his exhibition 'A moment in time - in paint'.
We can all relate to the feeling of awe when a truly remarkable combination of natural elements collide or a fleeting ray of light presents a show stopping display, before vanishing as quickly as it appeared.
Peter captures those moments in his paintings. The movement, mood and atmosphere are familiar and yet there is a thrilling intensity in the work. The large scale brings the drama into the room, and it's captivating!
Peter describes his inspiration in the video link:
A moment in time - in paint runs until Sunday 2 May, 4pm.
