'The interplay of positive and negative space guides us deeper into the narrative of the landscape, focusing on specific locations and bringing to light the invisible elements that contribute to the bigger picture.
Vertical lines and whitewash serve as a screen or curtain, spotlighting a scene; a place, a viewpoint, while offering a sense of seclusion. Concurrently, it obscures and reveals the past and future. It contemplates our role and obligations within the landscape, with trees as the timeless, silent observers.' SG
