These words were spoken by Demetrius, from Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”. Like this leafy shred and the bone, our bond with our planet is becoming weaker and weaker as time goes on. We have separated ourselves from nature and are in danger of floating away. Like the bone, we are hanging on by a thread.
