The growing of a garden is the making of home. As I tend our garden with hand and heart, I in turn nurture a connection to the earth, my place upon it, and the lives I share it with. The greatest privilege of growing a garden is the gift of immersion in the world of these beings - the birds and insects who come, stay, and take their place. They share with us the building of their own homes, their daily routines and complex relationships, and teach us that we are part of something far greater than ourselves. REPOSE acknowledges this entwining of lives, our shared moments of work and rest, and the joy of growing and nurturing home. Colleen Southwell 2022
