Dew ... like round and orient pearls, graphite 19.5cm x 10.5cm (image), 2022. Framed size: 45.5cm x 38cm, double mat with gold border around image under off white with black frame.

These words were spoken by Oberon, from Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”. What a wonderful description of dew drops, which are like tiny pearls. To me, the dancing of the leaves, in their lacy garb, decorated by tiny dew drops is always a sight to delight. SF
