'This work largely draws on experiences of the high country and the bare hills heading from Canberra to my childhood home in southern New South Wales. These pieces reflect upon of the curves of slope and stone, the texture and pattern of the land and the elements upon it.  Shadow is a consideration in the majority of these works, implied by the darkening of surfaces or cast in the spaces between or around the forms'.
